Please arrive about 10 min early to settle in. Bring a water bottle and clothes you can move in! Substance-free event.
A safe and beautiful experience, at once guided and free-form, this is an intuitive dance, with the goal of releasing stuck energy to achieve ecstasy - a natural state in which awareness shifts and we experience a meditative, euphoric state of mind. Join us as we access the divine and sweat our prayers. No skill or experience necessary!
