Family Meditation Monday w/ Sound Healing (1)

Join us for sound-bowl storytelling, playful breathing, and community lunch. Watch your child grow in confidence while learning how to calm their feelings and express themselves with joy.

This circle is open to all ages. Children must be accompanied by a supervising adult.

What to expect:

• 30 minutes of sound healing guided like a story, with fun visuals and sounds that kids can hum along with

• A community lunch where we reflect with verbal journal prompts for different ages

• Closing circle: each person shares something good about the person next to them, then we join in self-affirmation: "I am beautiful and wonderfully made" to close out
