December Moon Medicine Sound Healing
December can feel heavy, rushed, and loud. These four softly guided sound bath gatherings can help you to exhale this past year, listen to your inner winter, and step into 2026 with clarity. Join one that calls you, or sink into the medicine of all four. This space is for anyone craving a softer Sunday; healers, parents, creatives, empaths, and anyone feeling "over it" with the usual holiday rush. All levels, all bodies, and all spiritual backgrounds are welcome.
Sunday, December 7: "Letting Go of What Can't Come With You"
A sound bath experience and breath work to exhale tension, release old stories, and clear out emotional residue before winter really settles in.
Sunday, December 14: "The Quiet Between - Rest, Repair, and Nervous System Reset"
A deep restorative sound bath for grounding in the space where you feel tired, numb, or overwhelmed.
