AND - It is a coming of age ceremony. A rewriting of a sacred cultural story. A love letter to self. A forging of sisterhood amongst generations.

This series will explore the ways in which our moon cycles influence our bodies, minds, and souls. We take a holistic approach to teaching about menstruation, learning about the scientific aspects, sharing our emotional experiences, and discussing the spiritual potency of this sacred time. We aim to empower our young maidens with knowledge and support, and cultivate a multigenerational sisterhood in which menstruation is free from shame and full of honor. There may be deep healing for the women attending as well, as we may not have had such an approach for our own menarche as girls.
