AND - It is a coming of age ceremony. A rewriting of a sacred cultural story. A love letter to self. A forging of sisterhood amongst generations.

This series will explore the ways in which our moon cycles influence our bodies, minds, and souls. We take a holistic approach to teaching about menstruation, learning about not only the scientific aspects, but also the emotions and physical sensations throughout the whole month, and the spiritual potency of the sacred bleeding time. We aim to empower our young maidens with knowledge, self-honoring habits, and support, and cultivate a multigenerational sisterhood in which menstruation is free from shame and full of honor.
