This series will explore the ways in which our moon cycles influence our bodies, minds, and souls. We take a holistic approach to teaching about menstruation, learning about not only the scientific aspects, but also the emotions and physical sensations throughout the whole month, and the spiritual potency of each phase and how to work with these so that we can thrive.
